Not your average week...

Sunday we went out of town and spent Easter with family.
Monday we went to Reno and started more treatments to induce labor.
Baby Matthew was born Wed. night.
Thursday we came home and Jared left for Salt Lake to attend Sariah's graduation ceremony and bring her home for her 3 week break. We were very sad to miss it. She will officially graduate in Aug. after she finishes her next semester, but this was her only chance to attend a graduation ceremony (which was held in the tabernacle).

Saturday after Jared and Sariah got home, we buried little Matthew by his sister Martha and Nathan dedicated the grave.

Then Ada had a birthday and turned 5!  She asked me if she "looks" five?  I said yes!

Today we had ward conference and Nathan was to speak.  I kept wondering how he was going to find time to prepare a talk.  But, he did just fine.  What a week!  We have so much to be grateful for.
One thing we learned this week was about patience and faith.  To me patience meant not loosing control of yourself and being patient with others.  Now we have added to our definition of patience-it means accepting the Lord's will AND the Lord's timing.  It was hard to miss Sariah's grad. ceremony, but we have to trust the Lord that there was a reason that it all happened the way it did.
