Home School Co-op

After almost 20 years of homeschooling, and about 20 more to go, I have decided to add a little variety to the

usual by starting a learning co-op. It is designed for, but not limited to homeschoolers.

It is called the AMERICAN HERITAGE LEARNING CO-OP.

We are having a back to school bbq on Sept. 7th at 6 p.m.

If you would like to learn more, let me know. You can check out our site here:

The next step

Here Nathan's got the body painted, also.  The inside is completely gutted, and I think it looks so funny when he drives it around like that.

Nathan's Cad

This picture if very typical of the way Nathan works-one hand holding the phone, one hand working. Here he has the windows taped for painting the roof.

 Good Job, Sweetie!  :)

Hot August Nights Car Show

We had fun at the Hot August Nights car show.  The weather held true to the title at 108 degrees.  The cars were neat, but it was hard for the little ones to be out in that kind of heat.  Jed little cheeks got red as could be.  But, it was fun to see what can be if you are willing to put a ton of work into an old car.  Nathan's been working on his and it's coming right along.

Girl's Camp

Nathan and I enjoyed going up to Girl's Camp again this year.  It was Jane's first year, and Rebekah's last, so that was memorable.  This first picture show on the right side part of a huge cloud of smoke from a forest fire that started.  It was quite a ways from where we were, so we were safe.
We surprised Rebekah and Jane.  They were having fun at the water and with their olympics.

Jane and I in a canoe-and we didn't even tip over!  Yea!  :)

Jane took me on the cope course before we left.  I really didn't think I could climb this wall, but I tried and did it!  :) yea!
