West Coast Chicken
Sauce:
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tsp. ginger
4 tsp. soy sauce
4-5 lbs. chicken
Combine sauce ingredients, place chicken in (2) greased 11 x 7 pans and cover with sauce. Refrigerate overnight (unless you don't plan ahead like me) and then bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes.
