We are grandparents! Yay!!!

Jesse and Whitney had their sweet little baby girl.  We are so glad everyone is doing well and healthy.    We are excited to be grandparents and it feels so good to hold darling little Aletta in our arms.  :)

 

Planting Seeds

This week we were planting seeds in the greenhouse, when Jed came down and asked, "Whatcha doing, Mom?  planting viruses?"  I can only hope he meant "irises".  Maybe I do plant viruses-maybe that's been my problem all these years!  I never thought of that!!!  :)  haha

I love these grow lights I got at Walmart.  I was able to start planting in the basement in January.  Most of those seedlings are already out in the hoop house being enjoyed by the aphids.

Rita's breadsticks recipe

I really like these breadsticks, and the kids love them.  My friend Rita gave me the recipe.  I forgot to write on the recipe to let them rise for a bit after putting in the hot pan.  They definitely taste better when I remember to do that:)  haha
