General Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah

We love watching General Conference!  The talks are so inspirational and the music is so uplifting.  Natalee and I got to also see "Music and the Spoken Word", with the Tabernacle Choir.  It was very moving.  Here is a picture of the Conference Center-an amazing building.  To learn more about it, you can go here:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LDS_Conference_Center

 We met up with family and got to have a picnic lunch together.

Temple Square

We had a great time exploring temple square and seeing the beautiful flowers and buildings.  Jed loved the things at the visitor's center, and spent a lot of time looking at the picture of the crucifixion  and the videos of scripture stories.

 Jed wanted to look at and talk about this picture for a long time.  He asked if the people who loved Jesus and were sad he was killed hurt the bad guys who killed him.  I thought that was a pretty thoughtful question for 3 year old.
